The Ladder Guards are the ideal deterrent against the unauthorised use of site ladders.

Security of a construction site is vital. Falls from height following unauthorised access frequently involve children and can result in fatal injuries. Ladders need to be secured with a suitable ladder guard to make them unclimbable. Suitable ladder guards should meet safety criteria including the following:

- They must be padlocked in place
- They must make each rung unusable (no more than 50mm of rung should be exposed when the guard is pushed as far to the side as possible.
- They should cover at least 6 rungs

- The TuffSteel ladder guard measures 1860mm long by 315mm wide
- Weight 4.5kg
